        @kierisi @kierisi started community to go through R4DS. Being nice to each other the most important to making community welcoming. Mentors and learner roles. 600 learners after 1 week! #rstudioconf

          @kierisi Lots of obstacles. Community attrition - 50% of members who left had the hurdle of installing R/Rstudio. Mentor training as well. #rstudioconf
