My superpower is appreciating other people's work and their effort. I find in a lot of situations management has never provided any sort of acknowledgement when someone has worked hard. It is amazing what happens when you appreciate their work.

It strengthens relationships and motivates people. Without stronger relationships, we can't accomplish anything. So think about someone who feels unappreciated and appreciate their work. Simple, easy, but it goes a long way.

Of course, it needs to be personalized and thoughtful, not a generic "Good Job". That's where I see a lot of management fail at this. Like Wells Fargo, which would award Red Mugs of appreciation at their meetings. Yuck.
