    1. This post highlights the problem with calling teachers superheroes. Calling them superheroes sets the bar so high that no teacher can mean this.     I really did want to make the university system better for students. But I did it at a cost of myself, and ironically, my self sacrificing made it easier for the system to stay the same. That's why teachers need supportive systems, not unrealistic expectations.
