    1. Feeling on the edge of a depressive episode. My brain is making me feel bad, and sometimes I'm not good at heading it off at the pass. Any thoughts or pics of kitties, doggos, otters, etc would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks, everyone for your thoughts and animals. I've realized it's exhaustion compounded with depression. I need to start up again with a CBT therapist. I have some leads but would appreciate any others.
