  1. Just some quick thoughts about chairing. 1. One of the most important things is to think of interesting questions for speakers. Questions they can give a longer answer to. 2. You have to be ruthless in making sure the session is on time. Stealing time is disrespectful.

      3. Also, don't start early. It's disrespectful to the audience, who is often in transit. 4. You are there to make sure all speakers and audience are respected. Take it seriously.
