@dgkeyes @sivers @Obsidian I keep my notes in Markdown as well in a Dropbox folder, and use either code editors or an iOS tool like Byword when I want to edit/write them. It felt very nerdy at first, but it's a blessing to be able to edit notes/posts with a variety of ways.
