    1. #rstats peeps: I'm trying to evaluate bash code chunks in my #rmarkdown document. Specifically, this doc is supposed to teach about using jq. I'm getting a "command not found: jq" when jq is installed and on my path trying a chunk. Any thoughts? It is installed via homebrew.

    This is not really that urgent; if needed, I can cut and paste. But just mystified why the bash interpreter can't see jq
