  1. #Thanksgiving #autumn cookery. I had a friend melt down and stress over making gravy one Friendsgiving. Make it easier on yourself. Use broth and thicken it with a roux. I'm adding a bit of soy and soaking some dried mushrooms in the broth, but that's it.
