    1. It's taken me this long to get into #botw. Really fascinated by the design process. They were concerned that the opinions of younger developers would be drowned out by more experienced ones. So they implemented anonymous comments that could be upvoted.

    They actually paused development for everyone to play through builds, and anyone could leave a comment anywhere, and if people liked it, they could upvote it. Really ingenious way of balancing out opinions, which are often slanted towards older, more pushy devs.

      Pretty neat. More info here: youtu.be/20BWM_jRkKU In any org, valuing the opinion of less experienced people can often get groups out of a rut, and point to new directions that can be innovative. Which is why diverse workgroups are so important.

        If valuing diverse employees are not explicit in your organization's values, then you will not reap the benefits of their viewpoints.
