        1. Really enjoying this section of "Think Again" by @AdamMGrant where he's talking about new ways of thinking to encourage growth mindsets in students. Encouraging students to support each other in their explorations of a subject is such an important part of this.

        @AdamMGrant This was part of the philosophy behind the function of the week assignment. Every student was reporting on something the other students would find really useful in their work. They were all excited to see how their fellow students could make their lives better.

      @AdamMGrant In the end, they were able to teach each other more of the #tidyverse and #rstats without me having to present on each function.

    Each student had a consult with me where I helped them shape their presentation if they needed it. It was a lot of work, but they felt supported, and many went above and beyond.
