@aosmith16 It is a scarcity and zero-sum game mentality, which is reinforced by funding agencies and how they provide funding. And honestly, NIH wonders why there is not that much collaborative research. In this mentality, someone has to make the sacrifice to get such projects to work.On twitter.com
