    @skyetetra @robinson_es I'm split between multiple projects/bosses/contracts. It's hard to communicate my current workload to all of them and why their work isn't a current priority. My informal strategy is to not disappoint the same person twice in a row.

      @skyetetra @robinson_es That said, I'm working on learning Kanban right now using itrevolution.com/book/making-work-visible/ I think there are a lot of ideas that could be really useful managing an analytics group.
