@mjfrigaard @gvwilson @P_Loprinzi @kjhealy @kwbroman I do think that there is a lot of perfectionism and fear of looking incompetent among academic developers. I know there was with me. It wasn't until I let go of that perfectionism that I was willing to do this. But the culture is still somewhat negative and overly critical.
