Difficult to produce higher level content and specific, such as Bioconductor. Formal courses less useful for advanced users. Need for community of practice model. #cascadiarconf

Cultivating communities of practice: Need to communicate expectations for participants, code of conduct, make communities welcoming. Need for community regilars for continuity. Consistency and regularity important. #cascadiarconf
