          @amcasari junior scientists- ask the hiring managers whether they are hiring on potential or just for experience. After job offer, find a trusted mentor and get help in negotiating. #SDSS2019

      @gdequeiroz - there are a lot of data sci jobs, but also many rejections on the way to being hired. @amcasari Just keep going, some of the rejection will actually save you from the poor fit jobs. #SDSS2019
