Surrogate Oncogene Paper is Published

My dissertation paper, A Network-Based Model of Oncogenic Collaboration for Prediction of Drug Sensitivity is now published! We hypothesize that these mutations may actually ‘collaborate’ with known oncogenes in the genesis of tumors through their interactions.
